Chris Breed, called “King of Hollywood” by the Los Angeles Times, earned the title by opening a string of incredibly successful nightlife establishments over the past 18 years. Breed burst into the Hollywood scene in 1990, when he opened the legendary Roxbury Supper Club. Having honed his nightlife chops in high profile New York venues like The Palladium and Tunnel, Chris came to LA to pioneer a new style of club with a dynamic restaurant and lounge component. The Roxbury was an immediate success and is credited with sparking the “Renaissance of Hollywood,” a period of rebuilding and growth in the Hollywood nightclub industry that continues today. Following the success of the Roxbury, Chris helped conceive, design, open, and manage the Sunset Room restaurant and bar, the historical Hollywood Pig N Whistle, Shelter night- club, White Lotus supper club, Cabana Club, Sterling Steakhouse and his A-List spot, Green Door. His latest ventures include LA Vida at sunset Gower studios, the brand new Maui and Sons Bar and Grill on Hollywood Blvd and Coming Soon Sunset Room in Agoura Hills. He, also, has had his hand in numerous other restaurants in LA, San Francisco, Las Vegas and Miami. Chris’ success derives from his unique understanding of the nightlife scene, of his clientele, and what they expect from the restaurants and bars they patronize. Chris has shown a remarkable ability to create unique social environments that consistently draw A-list clientele from all over the world. Several of Hollywood’s biggest celebrities flock to Chris Breeds venues due to their personal relationships with Chris and Chris’s Reputation. In addition, Chris is respected for his professional approach to club, restaurant, and bar management, which ensures that clients are provided with impeccable service and an unparalleled experience with every visit.

JAMES ASHFORD Partner, Public Relations
James Ashford was born in Oshkosh Wisconsin and moved to California where he started his multi-diverse business ventures. The oldest of eight children and raised four of his own he has learned the very definition of responsibility.

He graduated from North Hollywood High school and served six years in the Air Force stationed at March Air Force Base. Shortly thereafter he joined the Los Angeles Police Department working patrol in the North Hollywood division. He has been awarded many police accommodations along with creating many Community programs that are still in use today. James also participated in the police Olympic scuba diving team & surfing team where he received three gold medals in surfing.

After fourteen years in the LAPD he chose to leave for more rewarding opportunities. James received his brokers license in Real Estate & joined a top apartment house brokerage firm in Beverly Hills and within one year became the top producer & salesman. He started his Real Estate portfolio by purchasing homes multi family apartment units & commercial buildings. He also formed a Management, Maintenance & Consulting company. He also partnered in a finance & escrow company also doing public speaking engagements on various types of investments.

He converted a medium sized office complex into one of the largest storage facilities in Hawaii. Currently James is invested in the very successful nightclub in Hollywood the “Cabana Club” & “Green Door”.

He is currently on the advisory board of Continental Wind Power & has just finished working for the Boston Celtics Basketball team doing promotional & marketing work.

James was a run director for the Pepsi 10,000 roadrunner series as well as running over 5 marathons himself he has helped with the LA Kids Marathon in Los Angeles & Las Vegas.

James Ashford is a successful businessman with over 35 years experience in most all aspects of acquisitions & investment management. This has enabled him to understand the value of business management its economic pitfalls & complicated transactions.
